I and a friend wanted to play arena together, but I got an error message. It was clear that I can't currently play this mode. But I can play arena alone. What should I do? I play my friend on ps4 on pc.

Don't you have to have a certain level for arena?
Solo arena works. With my boyfriend too.
I showed up sometimes. Could it be that you are not in the same "division / league"? That would be my guess, but I'm not sure, I haven't tried it yet.
It must always be the group leader who has more points in the arena or a higher division.
