Messages in TWITCH chat are not displayed?

I'm watching a stream and my messages are not showing up. I'm not banned or anything else and restarting did not help either… What is that?

The streamer can put certain words on the "black list" with which your sentence will not be displayed. Many do that because they ask specific questions or something similar. Do not want to answer every 10 minutes or e.g. Insults.
