Can I stream with this PC?

I don't want a 4k shooter with 1000fps. Play / stream

You can stream with your PC. Under no circumstances would I buy the thing. Massively overpriced! For less money there's something much better:

It will certainly work, but I have to say that the system is not the best for the price… Here you have significantly more performance for the same money:-)
