Run Spotify music on the Twitch Stream?

I found a few answers to the topic. But everyone is very old, so I hope for a current answer here.

So I'm streaming on Twitch and I want to run music in the background with Spotify Free (e.g. By Ufo361, Iann Dior, and others)

Is this allowed? So can my stream be blocked or can my retries be deleted?
Or is it only allowed / not allowed with individual song makers?

If the song is not allowed, only the position is muted, so no problem.
