Tips as moderator on Twitch?

Hi, I'm moderator on an emerging channel on Twitch I wanted to ask what to watch out for and if you have any tips?

The mostly delete large written texts and texts with a lot of emojis - something is usually considered a spam.

People who come in and say Hello always welcome.

avoid creating a modwall in chat. So do not just chat mods. So all people even if you know them net, involve in the conversation.

Do not balk or ban over any kickifatz.

Do not act as something better just because you're mod.
