Cheaper second monitor?

So I have an AOC 24g1 and would like to have a second monitor because I'm streaming on Twitch. The size doesn't matter. It should ideally not cost more than 70 euro

Does it make sense to buy a used one?

If you buy it as a second monitor it makes sense to buy a used one.

But there's also a risk that the screen will lie or have scratches.

But the quality of used monitors is certainly better at this price.
