OBS or XSplit which is better?

I would like to stream on Twitch for fun and laziness. What should I take with XSplit or OBS. I heard that OBS can do everything that Xsplit can do in the paid version. What should I take. Ps. Don't know me very well yet. I just started. And how can I change my background during the stream?
