Yesterday I tried to download Skyfactory 4. That's what I did about Twitch. After downloading the modpack the launcher opened with the profile Skyfactory 4. But when the game opened I saw the normal Minecraft.
Would be nice if jmd knew why that is and how to fix it.
Maybe there are other profiles deposited.
Try 3 things:
Start Minecraft or search for a mods folder, which should be displayed normally. If Forge already does not load when starting the game ->
Check the profile, which is selected, if there are others. If it is definitely the right one, delete it and ->
Go to Twitch and delete the profile and download it again

I hope so too, had seen the thank you and hoped it already fixed it. You can even let me know if you start Minecraft from the launcher, and the Forge charging indicator actually comes (these 1-7 points go through it)
