Hi, as I'm still a minor, I don't have a tax ID yet. My parents are actually behind me with Youtube and Twitch etc. Since my mother is self-employed, it is out of the question for her (because she doesn't seem to want to take any risks). But my dad is very cooperative but he's still smiling because that's a gray area (taxes) Do you still have good arguments to persuade?
If your mother is self-employed, she knows her way around very well.
Let your parents register a trade for you and off you go. Sure, the income from Twitch and co. Also taxable. I only see advantages in this if your mother teaches you how to run a business.
At the age of 18 (not exactly underage.) I started my own business alongside my Abitur, taught myself everything and am now a proud independent motion designer.
