Paladin's Twitch Prime loot?

I own Twitch Prime and would like to collect the paladins loot (bombking prime, prowler reittier etc) I have all linked with hirez and also connected to my ps4 with twitch but I get the skins not with the Hirez support you can in DE at least no more support tickets Therefore, I'm looking for advice here

So with me I always had problems on the PC.

Sometimes it just takes a while for the rewards to arrive. But sometimes I linked the accounts "1000 times". Was not only at Paladins sodern synonymous with other games like that.
