If you want to stream / make videos, is Twitch better or YouTube?

And we can be better known on both or something?

de

Getting known on Twitch and Youtube today is damn difficult and has a lot to do with luck.

On Youtube you can maybe still do it with a special concept that wasn't there before.

such as. Thunderstorm in the head

To be successful on Twitch is much harder, you can see the 10,000 channels that have 0-1 viewers.

you have to ask yourself the question why should people watch me instead of streamer XY.

Without a push from a big streamer, nothing works these days.

And how exactly do you want to know? Is your argument coincidental that there isn't a well-known YouTuber who recently started?

de

There are well-known Youtubers who have just started recently

But you just don't get known if you upload the uniformity

like Minecraft LPs

Or can you bring me more examples of new YouTubers who have just started

that I may have overlooked.

That's not my point. There are hardly any of them, yes. But why? Not just because it's harder to get known than it was back then. It still takes one thing: time. Someone starting 2020 hasn't had enough time to get known. You don't go viral overnight (and if you do, nobody knows you overnight either). Youtube growth is always exponential until you have reached a maximum audience. This takes a while.

de

Yes, you're right.

It takes time and perseverance.

But if you upload uncut lets plays for 3 years without saying anything, you will never get known.

A lot of people imagine that after 2 months, even with Daily Upload, they will be the next Pewdiepie

aa

Definitely YouTube!

Starting from 0 and getting known on Twitch is virtually impossible!

And if you do YouTube, you should put a lot of love and effort into your videos, maybe get a cutter if you are not gifted in editing.

I never said that either. "Reality is often disappointing".
