Question about RDR2 Online Frontier Pursuits?

I just downloaded the new RDR2 update "Frontier Pursuits" and started playing it right away.

But now I noticed that I have to pay 15 gold bars each for the collector's bag and the bounty hunter license, even though I met all the conditions you had to do to get both for free.

As a condition to get the bounty hunter license for free you have to be logged in to Twitch Prime, which I already am.

As a condition to get the collector's bag for free you have to collect all 54 playing cards in GTA 5 Online, which I have already done.

It would be really nice if someone could help me.

Is your rockstargames acc identical to gta etc?

Is everything connected with each other.

I even got the message that I got the loot for joining Social Club and Twitch Prime.

You even get to collect all the cards in GTA the Highroller outfit, which I even attached so it can't be because of me, for example. Tickets are missing.
