Picture and sound are asynchronous in every browser, why?

So I tried every browser to synchronize the sound and the picture on video and streaming platforms like YouTube and Twitch. No change of browser helped. Even uninstalling my headset with all the drivers and reinstalling it did nothing. Plugging it into another output only helped temporarily, i.e. The next time the PC was started, everything was asynchronous again after a while. Can someone help me please?

I would uninstall the audio drivers for the sound card and the graphics drivers for the graphics card and then bring them up to date.
