Change name to twitch?

I know how to do that, but apparently a name with 4 letters is too short. I still had gaming hanging on the back, but it's funny with no spaces.

Do you know the exact rules, or maybe tricks?

You can change your displayed name but your @ [name] only if you are a Twitch partner.

It said that I can only change the capitalization
