You are not yet legally competent in Germany at the age of 15, so your parents are liable. So everything about your parents.
You are not legally competent, so you may not trade commercially. This is only possible with the permission of your legal guardian and the family court. You will only get the latter if you can prove that you are a) mature enough, b) your secondary job does not distract you from your main job as a student and c) you have a reasonable business plan for your business.
And even if you would receive the necessary permits, you would of course have to keep proper bookkeeping afterwards, make advance sales tax returns as well as make your income, trade and sales tax return. Only you can know if you dare to do that.
A little tip: stop it. If you already think like this, you will never make money with Youtube. You don't do it to make money but because you enjoy it.
