Today I learned that streamers or YouTubers publish the content on YouTube, Twitch etc. Somehow have to be able to show a broadcast license, and that this probably also applies to those who only do it occasionally or do not even earn money with it. I'm uploading videos to YouTube and I wanted to start streaming on Twitch soon - but it's all a hobby, as I don't earn any money from it either. Is it true that I also need such a license?
Costs around 50,000 euro and yes, that's true, if you meet certain requirements.
Montanblack has the problem right now. And is allowed to pull something off every month
So theoretically I shouldn't be able to stream / upload videos as a hobby without having this license?
But, like I said, if you don't qualify, you don't need to have that license. Monte meets them.
Hmm ok and what are the requirements for such a license?
Is everything described here:

Streaming such nonsense is free and you don't need a license for anything you can stream what you want, I stream myself so you can take my word for it, you only need a license for No Copyright Music if you want to play music Stream had to watch out for anything is dangerous because you would need a license because otherwise your videos will be deleted in the worst case you could be banned but on YouTube there's Free Copyright Music that you can simply use.
