No unemployment benefits through Twitch affiliate?

I'm a Twitch Streamer (16 years old) and have received an invitation to the Twitch Affiliate Program. I'm aware that all my money that I earn must be taxed. Now the question, my mother has to take care of my brother who gets sick a lot and therefore can't go to work. (She doesn't find anyone who can take care of him) Therefore she gets unemployed money. Will the unemployed get money out of me if I make a little money through Twitch? I've always wanted to do something of my own and see here the chance to earn my own money… But my mother is worried about who should then take over the rent etc. If the money is canceled. Is that possible?

Anything you earn at Twitch will be taken into account. But everything will not be taken from your mother. And, very realistic, how much do you think you will earn there?

Ho

Know many people who will subscribe. I have an average of 25-50 viewers (without affiliate), so I think 200-300 euro a month.

I'm no longer the youngest, so I have no idea what that is!

But I assume that it is not a earned income and then this would normally count as 100% as other income under 18 on your own needs and you would then have to pay your mother what your mother would no longer be paid for your needs.

In the best case, you can then deduct verifiable expenses that you may have to spend per month to collect this money.

Should it still be regarded as earned income, then from the age of 15 you would then have tax-free allowances according to § 11 b SGB-ll, which would be calculated from gross income and then theoretically deducted from net income and would then result in deductible earned income, which would then be deducted from your needs would.

100 euro basic allowance from gross income

100 euro - 1000 euro gross additional 20% allowance

1000 euro - 1200 euro gross additional 10% allowance
