Recognize minecraft mods?

I downloaded a few mods with the Twitch Launcher. Then I'm in Minecraft and didn't know which mod is the one I want to play. I don't know exactly which language I currently use in Minecraft! Can someone help me?

So first put the language in German. You can find the modlist in the main menu under 'Mods'.
