I really want to play my Minecraft (Java) with mods, especially Thaumcraft. I have already installed Twitch and tried to create my own. But the Thaumcraft version was apparently very dated and I couldn't find some of the mods I wanted to use. I've tried other mod packs, but some don't work, have too many mods or which I don't want at all, or the other mods I really don't want, and my Windows 10 laptop is quite a lot.
So my question:
Do you know how I can use the right mods and newer versions

Where and how you can create a modpack, please with an explanation or a link to an explanation.

Maybe you are using the mod with the wrong version or it was installed incorrectly. Maybe try to install it again. Unfortunately I can't help you more.
