Can you watch old Twitch streams?

So e.g. Ardy last streamed on April 23rd and when I click on his twitch profile there are no streams anymore. Can I still watch these streams somehow?

Only if Ardy saved the stream and the stream is no longer than 2 months old. Because at partners of Twitch the saved recording will be deleted after 2 months. But you can watch on Youtube if someone has uploaded the stream there.

Do you find the Twitch also stupid that you can't adjust the quality of some streams? Ca Capable
