Why is TipeeeStream not displayed in obs for me?

When I try to test my Twitch Allerst for obs I hear the sound but don't see my Allert picture. Maybe someone can help me.

Did you add the alert as a browser source?

Is this browser source at the top in OBS?

Maybe it's in the background of your scene, look in your scene where you added it, whether the browser source is at the top. If not, click on the up arrow until it is at the top
