About you: From the first cent you get via Tipeeestream or Afilliate, you have to register a business, otherwise it is unfortunately tax evasion.
It is a simple walk to the public office, briefly fill out a trade license and leave 30 euro there, then you can start.
If you have registered a small business, you have an allowance of 24,500 euro per year and do not have to pay sales tax.

If you want to be on the safe side, take 50% of your income as tax. The tax office will then tell you how much you have to pay in the end. But if you put Safe 50% aside, you usually won't have any problems. If there's still something left of the tax money in the end, that's good.
