Whenever I play CS GO I can easily watch on my 2 monitor twitch / youtube etc. However, my cs go lies as soon as I open my obs and pull it onto my 2nd monitor and see the in-game gameplay (the same during the stream as well as outside). It is up to the player because my pc is not safe.

Try Shadowplay. For me it works much better.
Try obs instead of screen capture, game capture that will record the game 1 time instead of 10 or more as with screen capture
