How can I assign a role to my Twitch subscribers on Discord?

I have the affiliate on Twitch and also have subscribers, but I'm currently unable to get these subscribers displayed to me as a separate role on Discord. How do I do that?

To do this, add your Twitch account in the Discord server settings under Integration.
