Automatically assign Discord roles?

I have a role on my Discord server called YouTube subscriber and one called Twitch subscriber. I want that if you subscribe to YouTube / Twitch and connect to my server and connect to YouTube / Twitch, you will automatically get the role. How can I adjust that? Do I need a bot for this?

You will definitely need a bot for this, I do not know a bot that can do this, but there are numerous tutorials on how to equip your own bot with this function so there must already be bots that can do this, maybe listen to other servers
