I'm being blackmailed by an old friend?

I'm 17 now and my old friend 16. I have a problem that I can't make up my mind so well now. I have a YouTube, Twitch and Discord community. I don't have that many followers on Twitch because my account is initially private. I have my own server with 1700 people on Discord and 15000 subscribers on YouTube. My subscribers are no longer that active and I make GTA videos. My old friend is a creator with me on Discord. So to speak second from the server. The problem is that he doesn't care about the server. I always have to do everything by myself and he doesn't do anything except be online and done. He doesn't even write. I thought about banning him from the server because he doesn't do anything. But he threatens me that he wants to damage my Discord server and my YouTube channel as well as Twitch with his YouTube community.
