Twitch error # 1000?

Hi I'm streaming on Twitch fast daily (wildesKayz) and I'm getting the latest error # 1000 on my stream. Can someone help me there?

Are you streaming at 6000kbps?

If so, limit it.

You can set the bit rate at OBS under "Output". Set it to 5000

Okay it was on 8500 because i have a good upload thanks i'm doing it now

Never go over 6000 at Twitch.
