Which activities apply and do I have to register several trades?

I plan to register a business to turn my computer skills into cash. I stream on Twitch, upload videos to YouTube and can then collect voluntary donations and advertising revenue. But now my problem with the registration: In addition, I would like to sell my skills such as developing graphics and programming on Fiverr and provide my online shop with buyable online content in a timely manner.

I'm already looking forward to these activities, but I just don't know whether I need several trades or whether I can just put them all into one trade registration and if so: how do I find out the job titles for official forms?

If you do all of your work from the same place of business (probably at home), then everything can refer to a business advertisement.

The job description must be such that you can immediately (without being an expert in your industry) see what you are doing. How about "online advertising and sales of digital products"?
