PS4 Stream Volume Micro Louder?

I have the following problem namely when I stream or a clip memory you can hear me and the game sound equally, which of course has the disadvantage that when I say something and the game sound comes (shots, music) that you then completely understand me. How can you make the microphone louder so that the game sound zbs. Only 20% left? And if you are familiar with Twitch, how do you get viewers at all but streamed yesterday but without a single viewer going up and GTA 5 is not so unpopular now?
