Do I have to top up the psc on my paysafe account if I want to subben?

Net communty, I want to subben my favorite Twitch streamer with psc. This is the first time I'm submitting to twitch and wanted to ask if I have to top up the psc on my Paysafe account or if I just have to enter my pin on Twitch.

I think you can enter the code on Twitch, if that doesn't work then you have to upload it to your PaySafe account.
