Subscribe to Twitch Streamer?

I have subscribed to a Twitch Streamer with my AMAZON Prime Account. Now I would like to cancel this to support another streamer next month. Where does that go? Or will it end automatically?

A "subscription" on Twitch is not a subscription at all, as it does not renew itself.

But I've heard that if you don't subscribe to another one for too long, it will still be extended, but I'm not entirely sure.

The Twitch Prime subscription is automatically terminated after one month. So every month you can subscribe to a new streamer (or the same one)!

So I don't have to cancel it? And when it expires, it can simply support a new streamer.
