I have twitch Prime and you can always subscribe to a month Prime subscription with a certain streamer and I wanted to ask if I can subscribe to several so for free if I want to subscribe to others there's only "Subscribe" 5 euro

You can't do this. You can only give away your free Twitch Prime subscription as a streamer.

I think you should go to the Twitch website and log in. Then at the top right on Settings / Subscriptions and there you will find all subscriptions and there you should be able to cancel it.
