SURVEY: Twitch viewers?

Am "relatively" new on Twitch and would like to do a little survey.

What extras (commands, mini-games, etc.) do you find nice as a viewer and would you be happy about that?

With this survey I want to make my Twitch Stream more exciting and interesting for the viewer.

Definitely watch a coin system or loyalty points that you can then collect in chat, pass on and use for mini-games.

Mini games e.g. Coinflip; Guess questions; Slots etc.

I'm not a streamer myself, but I have already helped some people to set up the bot for all the games and commands. I would fundamentally recommend the Streamlabs chatbot, because you have the most functions and you can even import scripts. → Almost limitless possibilities.

Absolutely none. I find disturbing and irritating. My favorite streamers do without all this stuff. Even on the notifications about donations and subscriptions.

I also think it's very good not to put too much on something like donations, followers and subscriptions. But the majority of Twitch is aimed at attention. No matter whether it is in the sense of followers, donations or trolls in the chat.
Many are simply happy that the streamer concentrates and interacts more with the individual people.
I (as a really very small streamer) see this every time, when jmd, freely and free of charge leaves me a follow and I don't mention him in the next 5min, complains directly in the chat.
Shouldn't a follow be there to be notified by the streamer itself to follow the stream?
As far as the "fan service" is concerned, I have everything (alerts), but keep it very simple and in such a way that you don't disturb the overall picture too much.

It depends on what streamers and audience really want. Personally, I think Day9 is just great. He entertains the audience with anecdotes from his life. The focus here is on games and entertainment. After X years he dared to show his Day 9 logo as an overlay. No display of subscriber numbers, donations, no jingles, the chat is only visible to subscribers.

Of course, this can be funny if two spectators regularly outbid each other, as with Kahldor, and suddenly five-figure amounts are donated. But nothing was noticed from the streamed tournament because the jingle for the X hundred dollar donation from A or B was played every 5 seconds, and the streamer kept saying that they were crazy about spending so much money. Thanks for the stream. How did the tournament end again? Khaldor's account was blocked because too much money had been deposited… More was not noticed at the time.

A friend of mine also streams, certainly a third of the screen is paved with banners, advertisements, tickers, statistics. I can't look at that.

Other streamers have only shown the chat and money targets, and then personally thank you during the stream for a subscription or donation, instead of playing an annoying 10 second jingle, in which you can no longer understand the streamer.

In my experience to date, the quality of the streams and the absence of such overlays are directly related. With many streamers with animations / jingles for donations / subscriptions, I have the impression that they are more concerned with the coal than the actual game. It is difficult to say which of the two parties is financially better.

I see it the same way for the most part and I agree that streams that are clapped with too many effects / banners / alerts are not really great to watch.
For my part, I do it very cautiously. (Comparable to papa plate, but I donate once a month)
I have very short and clean alerts, nothing that detracts from the stream.
For me it was much more about what you can do for viewers, that you feel a little more taken in terms of loyalty points, giveaways (in the small area), community days etc.

Sure, a Day9 may not be all clapping, but you also have to consider that it has 500,000 more followers than anyone else and that it is probably not dependent on every single viewer. "He can afford it" I say now.

But as I said, I really don't like it when you really clap everything and the alerts are several seconds long…
