You can have watch parties at Amazon. However, you need Prime for that. I don't know how it is with Netflix. But I suspect that people tend to be reluctant to see it.

You are not allowed to pay-content e.g. Make it publicly available by streaming on Twitch. I once streamed the World Cup game on Twitch years ago… Didn't find Twitch funny.
