Streaming on several platforms has Ruckler?

As the title implies, when I stream to Youtube it has Ruckler, same goes for Twitch, and even when I go to Discord Live. Well, I do not know why it might be, at first I thought it was the internet (20MBit / s download, 5MBit / s upload) but my friends also have such internet and can stream easily (maybe a little less FPS than without streaming)

PC is a finished PC (worst decision of my life)

Are the programs on ner HDD or SSD? If SSD, update the firmware.

Which Windows do you use? If Windows 10, pull the current, huge update.

See if you can get chipset updates.

Otherwise, you can of course still test your internet connection. Update the firmware of your router.

On an HDD

How much RPM does it have? How old is she? Check with S.M.A.R.T. How much health still has. Does everything else load well?

On the PC, it is certainly not, even my Raspi gets 4K streaming out. Have you checked the latency (ping)?

Well the i7-6700 is not exactly suitable for streaming.

Would turn everything down a bit, and then test (yes, yes, for testing can make everything to 720p and low setting)
