As already written above, I'm looking for a small script that I can integrate into my Discord bot that sends an automatic message when I and or someone else is live.
regarding things like "just google", "read the docs through" etc:

I'm not sure if it works the way it should, I've never tried it myself - I don't have a Twitch either
However, it looks like you need a webhook and you can create one for yourself at IFTTT for free. There will certainly be YouTube videos to help - just make sure that there's no Discord link, so you have to select the function: "Webhook".

Well the problem is that i would like to avoid the direct connection to the dc server via webhook because i can then use the bot universally
I already know the video myself, but as I said, I would like to avoid webhooks because I would like to use the bot on other servers where no webhook is set up
Oki, then unfortunately I can't help you… That sounds like more advanced programming, I'm not that far yet.
But I'm not sure if this will work at all, because then you will definitely need some additional package - after all, the bot can't automatically communicate with Twitch. - but maybe it works
So I think a webhook would be easier, but it's your choice - maybe someone else can help you
