For a month now, my new generation iPad Air has stopped loading a video stream. When I want to watch something via apps like Netflix or Twitch, I only see an eternal charging circle. The funny thing is that YouTube is the only medium that works perfectly. With the Wakanim app (anime streaming service) there's also the error code "-17377".
I have a stable internet connection, my memory is not nearly full and the problem just kept coming from one day to the next.
Sounds very stupid, but turned off the iPad lately? If not, try again.
Another idea would be to reinstall the apps.
Reset to default
start anew
Reinstall firmware
if the tips above do not go under warranty
