I'm 13 years old and since I was 9/10 years old I have been interested in digital artistic design. And I also design for other Twitch streamers / Youtubers and I wanted to apply to a big streamer who needs a new designer and he doesn't do child labor and that's why I'm asking myself when it would be child labor and I do that too more as a hobby than a real job, does that have anything to do with it?
As long as you do this as a hobby, everything is fine. Nobody will be hired for a permanent job as long as you are so young, don't worry about that 😉
If there's a contract that is not detrimental to you, no problem. But working hours should not be too long because of the protection of young people.
Personally, I would probably also have a problem working with a 13 year old. My demands and my rough tone are not good company for a minor. Maybe that's the reason for you too.
Don't worry about that. If your work is good, you will find prospects again. But do not let yourself be ripped off, or do not sell yourself below value. Talk to an experienced adult about it. With such an erangement you quickly end up in a legal gray area.
