Minecraft FTB Infinity evolved invites you to start forever, how can I fix it?

Me and my colleague once again want to gamble on FTB Infinity evolved but in the lord Forge hours and then not at all. He starts it normally via twitch and also has 32 gb ram which has to be enough, he starts it and forge charges hours until then nothing more.

And what about 32gb Ram? 4-6 maximum in the pack. No wonder it loads to death.
