Disney Infinity on Xbox Series X?

Since the Xbox Series X is supposed to be so compatible with old games, I wonder if this also applies to Disney Infinity. The game was ended in 2016/17, or left in the lurch.

But if I want, can I play Disney Infinity 1.0 from 2013 at the next gen?

For Disney Infinity you still need a so-called "Infinity Base". This is a plate that must be attached to the console. On top of this you place pieces with which you can then play in the game. Is it possible to connect this?

Just as you can play it on Xbox One now, you can play it on Series X too.
