Hi, you can drink alcohol for enjoyment on Twitch. My question is, can I write in the title for every new follower (free) you drink a shot.
Is that allowed or is it banned for it?
What you do there's your business. And if you get drunk there, too. I don't like stupid drunkards though. Don't think that would make you particularly fame.

Twitch not banned. Only excessive alcohol consumption or the consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
So shouldn't be a problem, as long as you're not exaggerating, etc.
