Received 2 euro in chat on Twitch as a viewer from another viewer?

Hi, I'm new to Twitch and I looked at something on a not particularly well-known channel. When the stream was over, the chat ran for a few minutes, but nothing was written anymore, great. Then there was suddenly a sentence that I received 2 euro from a user.

Question: Where can I see my account balance? What's this?
While I was watching the stream, the bottom of the chat filled up with a score counter, now and then I could click on a treasure chest symbol to get +50 points. What's this? Where can I see this? Does that go away after the stream?

You get it every now and then and if you click on it, you will be credited with 50 channel points. But it's not money. Channel points have most streamers set up and you can use them to do various things in their chat. There's a small icon under the chat bar that you can click on. It says how many channel points you have and how many channel points you need for which action.

You can use channel points for different things. Each one is always 'highlight message'. Many also do their own actions. Note: If you receive channel points from one streamer, they are only on the streamer's account, i.e. You can't redeem the points in another chat.

Did it really say that you received 2 euro? Because that's actually going to the streamer, you can't give money to someone else like that. You would have to set up PayPal for this. Then you have to go to your channel. Then on the 'donate' button that you then set up. But nobody does that. Unless you're streaming and there are people who really celebrate you.
