Twitch, previous broadcasts?

I have been wondering for a long time why not all streams that were previously broadcast can be watched afterwards, since they will disappear after a while.

But why is it like that? Because YouTube also copes well with the aba billions of videos. I just saw one of my favorite Twitcher / YouTubers streaming a game and I would like to watch it from the start. Because getting in the middle of it and not knowing anything from the beginning is somehow not mine if you understand.

Is there any way to watch these streams that were several months ago?

Since you have Gronkh in the day: https://www.youtube.com/...HyfEIJbA7w

Not all streams are available. I think he alternately uploads older and newer ones. Unfortunately, he does not have the capacity to always upload all streams immediately.

The reason why Twitch does not save the previous transmissions for so long is that Twitch is simply not designed for such data volumes. YouTube is originally a pure video platform and Twitch is a streaming platform. The internal structures are designed differently.

To watch very old streams you have to look at YT, because some streamers have uploaded their old streams. Or you can download them after they have been broadcast. However, very large amounts of data come together very quickly.
