No submarine loot despite Twitch Prime?

I recently got the loot with the $ 200,000 per week and the Kosatka submarine with my Twitch Gaming account for Gta V, and everything was great too, I got the money, but since I'm into music I haven't talked to this guy yet, I don't think I got it. So I talked to the guy about it but, as expected, still didn't get the vehicle. Do you maybe know how I can still claim it or should I just write to support?
