I just found a twitch watcher. But he doesn't pick up the drops himself. I found a Chrome plugin for Tapermonkey for this. Is it possible to hang this plugin on the Twitch Watcher so that the drops are picked up regularly?

I would write to the two authors. That will never be trivial.
It could be problematic that one was written for NodeJS and the other for a browser environment and still has dependencies.
With Selenium you could, for example, automatically control a browser (that's actually for testing WebApps), you don't know whether you can get your code in there so easily or the other one is executed in the browser, you have to look for yourself.
