Facecam on livestream, can you create videos?

If someone shows their face on Twitch, Youtube, you can create videos and publish them.
Or maybe make videos but not publish them?

After all, this person has shown your face to the public.

I guess you just can't monetize it then

So I'm not a lawyer, but I would argue that the streamer is still right about his own picture. But that would only be my guess ^^
