Stream lag-free games such as battlefront?

I have a geforce 2060 6GB graphics card, 16GB RAM, but when I want to stream games like battlefront on twitch, it jerks all the time… Do you need a better graphics card or something?

You need 1. The right settings, 2. The right hardware & 3. In addition, the right upload.

So what CPU do you have, what do you stream with (what codec do you use) and what are your settings? Your upload would also be interesting.
