I recently started streaming on Twitch, but only with my Mic headset.
However, I found my Shure SM58 in a drawer.
How do I connect this to the PC?
Either you buy an XLR to jack cable and connect it to the microphone input from the PC or you buy a cheap audio interface, which is definitely better than the analog-to-digital converter in the PC. Then you can connect the microphone with a normal XLR cable and the interface via USB to the PC. This also gives you the option of adjusting the volume of the microphone via a control so that you don't always have to adjust the volume in Windows.
Can you maybe recommend an interface to me?
I have a Behringer UM2. It costs 30 euro and is enough to start with, I think.

Thank you.
Do I have to activate this 48 volt regulator for the microphone?
An interface would be sensible. The Behringer umc22 is cheap but not completely noise-free for 40 euro. GT the Steinberg ur22 for 140 euro. I can't recommend um2. For a few euro more you have decent preamps
No. Is a dynamic microphone
You only need it for condenser microphones so that they have enough voltage. But typical vocal microphones are dynamic and don't need it
