It does not exist because the question is addressed to Streamer.
I use ReStream… So you can stream anywhere you want at the same time. I only stream on Twitch & Mixer at the same time.
I already had Restream.io in my eye. Does that work well? I had read that Twitch probably does not like it so much if it is still streamed on other platforms and partly sanctioned.
It works very well even.
Many think you have to have twice as much upload because you stream on two platforms at the same time, but that's not the case.
You do not stream directly to Twitch or Mixer, but to Restream, which then redirects the stream and displays them accordingly on the desired pages.
You just have to imagine the streaming path like a Y.

As a little streamer, it does not really matter. I do not recommend making a big advertisement, for sure. I'm not aware of any sanctions.
