Stream with PC Fifa on PS4?
I was just about to buy a capture card for the PS4 or PC so that I can transfer Fifa 21 to the PCx to stream the gameplay on Twitch. But do you think my PC could withstand this and also function properly? Do you have any other tips?
That's why the capture card that does the job is for rendering, not your PC. So yes that works.

The graphics card doesn't itch, as I said, the capture card does that. The capture card doesn't care about Wi-Fi either. You have to have a good connection to stream.

Doesn't have to be. However, especially the cheap capture cards that you can find on Amazon or eBay are not suitable for streaming gameplay.
So you should rather stick to the big brands like elgato or AVermedia to get a decent capture card that can also do 1080p60.

This is just such a cheap capture card. The cards in the price range only work internally with 720p, which is then poorly scaled up and looks blurry and muddy in the stream.
